Cancellation and Product Refund Policy:

Physical Product Refunds

All refund requests for physical products must be done in writing. You can email Lisa through this link: https://lmk88.com/contact/

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical non-electronic product, we will be happy to accept a return for up to 10 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip. Items not purchased through Lisa K’s website shopping cart cannot be refunded including Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble or others (you must go to those sites for any refunds). Shipping is not refundable.

We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number.

All transactions are conducted in United States dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

Online Course/Class Refunds

All electronic or online products and courses/classes are not eligible for a refund, this includes downloadable digital products.

Memberships and Subscriptions – Cancellations and Refunds

For our monthly services and memberships, refunds are provided only for subsequent months after the first month of the subscription within the first 24 hours from purchase unless otherwise stated. Because the initial month comes with free bonus material, the first month of subscriptions are non-refundable.

Because our services are billed monthly, it is your responsibility to request cancellation 1-2 business days PRIOR to the next payment coming out. We recognize that sometimes people forget to cancel in time, or possibly due to circumstances beyond your control that a payment may still come out after cancellation has been requested.

If YOU forget to cancel, we will provide a refund within the first 24 hours *only* for a recurring subscription payment.

If WE made the error and did not cancel your account, and you have proof of that request (i.e., in the form of an email from us or a ticket on our support system), we will gladly refund your payment.

Should you want to cancel, you can do so at anytime (we think you’ll want to stay though!) and when you cancel you won’t be billed again. Please note: cancellation does not refund the current month’s payment (or previous month’s payment if you cancel before your current month’s billing day).

LIVE in-person Event Registration Cancellation by Participant

Before registering for a live in-person event, please read the cancellation policy below.

By registering for one of Lisa K.’s events you agree to the cancellation terms stated below.

Prior to 60 Days of Event –
Full Refund, less $50 administrative fee

Within 60 Days of Event –
Full Refund, less a $100 cancellation fee (unless within 30 days of event)

Within 30 Days of Event –
No Refunds

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee. If registration was paid by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Otherwise, refunds are processed through the payment method you used to register.

Event Cancellation by Lisa K.

Lisa K. reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Lisa K. cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Lisa K. has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Policies can change without notification.
